In the early 1980s, a new arcade machine called POLYBIUS was distributed to arcades around the Pacific Northwest. Shortly after its release, reports of strange behaviors by players began to surface; Whispers of mind control, government conspiracy, and living machines emerged. Then, all Polybius machines mysteriously disappeared.
Decades later, an abandoned storage unit is discovered—its contents largely untouched. Inside, the space is filled with remnants and forgotten mementos from the 80s. A single arcade cabinet lurks ominously in the corner.
